Col. Jordan Palmer is the Principal Liaison at the United Nations for the United States Midwest for ILGA.

Col. Jordan Bowling Palmer has been in active in civil rights and a public advocate for over a decade.
--> From protesting former Governor Fletcher and later Representative Fischer for saying "gays had not suffered enough", sponsoring a Soulforce Equality Ride, forcing school boards to allow Gay-Straight Alliances, rallying at Northern Kentucky University and the Hazard Pavilion, forcing policy changes, organizing Kentucky's 1st Gay Marriage License Day, assisting in restoring KADAP, to successfully pushing the 1st Federal Hate Crime convictions in U.S. History,
to having Kentucky's same-sex marriage ban struck down by a Kentucky
judge months before the U.S. Supreme Court ruled on the issue in Kentucky Equality Federation v Commonwealth of Kentucky (based solely on Palmer's legal theory). His accomplishments speak for themselves and his impact on Kentucky history, undeniable.
Jordan Palmer also fought Prop 8 in the state of California.
